Schedule EK-1 print requirements
To calculate, print, or suppress 1065 West Virginia Schedule EK-1, Schedule of WV Partner/Shareholder/Member/Beneficiary Elective Pass-through Entity Income Credit:
- Go to theOrganizer, then selectStates.
- SelectState & City ActivationinColumn B,State Activation.
- Mark theWest Virginiacheckbox.
Make sure you’ve marked the
EPT-100 Election
checkbox:- Go to theOrganizerthen selectStates.
- SelectWest Virginia, thenReturn Options.
- Find theElective Pass-Through Entity Tax (EPT-100)section.
- Mark the checkbox forCheck to Activate EPT-100 (Replaces PTE-100).
Make sure the
Partner Type
isn’t a C-Corporation:- Go to theOrganizer, then selectPartner Information.
- SelectPartner by Partner Data, then select a Partner's name.
- SelectPartner Information, then thePartner Informationtab.
- In thePartner typesection, make sureType of Entityisn’t a C-Corporation.
