Schedule B-1 print requirements

Schedule B-1, Information on Certain Shareholders of an S Corporation, is only applicable to 1120S returns. To print:

In the Organizer
, select General Information
.

Select Questions
, then Schedule B
.

Select Yes
for question 3, Ownership by Disregarded Entity, Partnership, Trust, S Corporation, or Estate
.

Go to the Shareholder Information
folder and select Shareholder Data
.

Select Shareholder Information
and make sure there is at least 1 shareholder.

Open the folder for the shareholder's name, then select Shareholder Information

In the

Schedule B-1 Information

section, select
Check the box if you want to include this shareholder on Schedule B-1
and complete the rest of the applicable fields in this section.

Repeat this step for any additional shareholders.
