1120 print terminated error messages

Trying to print a return gives an error message.
"PRINT TERMINATED"
These errors typically occur for 1 of the following reasons:
  • The Top Consolidation or Subconsolidation return hasn't been consolidated. The return needs to be consolidated before print is granted.
  • A state return is set to an entity type of Top Consolidation or Subconsolidation when the locator's federal entity type is not a consolidated entity type. This combination isn't accepted. States can only be consolidated in a locator with a Federal consolidated entity type.

    In the print preview of
    All Returns
    , print will terminate at the state return, which is causing the issue. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    State and City Activation
    State and City Activation
     and change that state's entity type to something other than Top Consolidation or Subconsolidation.
