Print Form 7004 filing instructions

To print the federal extension Form 7004 and the filing instructions:

In Organizer
, select Letters and Filing Instructions
, then General Options
.

In the Select which letters you wish to print (Mandatory)
section, select an option other than Suppress All Letters
.

For 1065 returns:

Select Extension Information
in the Letters and Filing Instructions
folder.

From the drop down, select
Return is on extension, Print Form 7004
.

For 1120 returns:

Go to Payments and Extension
folder.

Select Automatic Extensions
, then 7004 Basic Data
.

Change the selection for Federal Extension Options (Mandatory)
from Do not print (Default)
to any other option.

To print e-file version of filing instructions:

Go to the
Federal E-file Extension
folder and select E-file Extension
.

Mark the Enable federal e-file extension
checkbox.

Do a full recompute and refresh Print Preview.
