Form 7203 print requirements

Print Form 7203 (Shareholder Basis Schedules) for 1120-S returns by updating the
Tax Form Options
 settings.
Form 7203 is suppressed by default. To print it with each Schedule K-1, update the print options and recompute the return.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Return and Print Options
    .
  2. Select the
    Tax Form Options
     tab.
  3. In the
    SCHEDULE K-1 ITEMS
     section, locate
    Form 7203 (Shareholder basis schedules)
     and change the option from
    Suppress
     to
    Print
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
Form 7203 prints as the last page of the Federal return with each Schedule K-1.
If you need to print Form 7203 for specific shareholders only:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Shareholder Information
    Shareholder Data
    Shareholder Information
    [NAME]
    Shareholder Information
    .
  2. In the
    Print options
     section, select
    Print shareholder basis schedule for selected shareholder
    .
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Return and Print Options
    .
  4. Set the
    K-1 Package Print Option (FEDERAL)
     to
    Print Shareholder basis schedules ONLY (for preparer records)
    .
  5. On the
    Tax Form Options
     tab, go to
    SCHEDULE K-1 ITEMS
    .
  6. Change
    Form 7203 (Shareholder basis schedules)
     to
    Print
    .
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
