Print AL-CAR Annual Report
Starting in 2023, the Alabama Secretary of State Corporation Annual Report (AL-CAR) and Secretary of State fee are no longer required to be filed and paid with the Alabama Department of Revenue. Therefore it won’t print in the application.
For tax years 2023 and forward, the AL-CAR Annual report and related Secretary of state fee are required to be filed and paid through the Alabama Secretary of State.
