Form 122 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Arizona Form 122, Authorization and Consent of Subsidiary Corporation to be Included in a Consolidated Income Tax Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. In the
    RETURN / ENTITY TYPE
     section, select
    1120S - S Corporation
     from the
    Return type
     dropdown.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Arizona
    Combined Return Information
    Subsidiaries
    Add new Auth. Subsidiary
    . Mark
    Print Form 122 for this company
    .
  4. Taxpayer name is required under
    Tax Forms
    States
    Arizona
    Combined Information
    122 – Subsidiary Agreement
    [NAME]
    .
  5. Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
If the form won't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    Print Suppression
    Suppression AL-ME
     tab.
  2. Make sure
    Arizona
     isn't marked in the State Forms column.
  3. Do a full recompute and generate the print again.
