Colorado Form DR 8454 print

To print the Colorado Signature Form DR-8454, you need to make sure that the proper Signature Option
is selected.

In the Organizer, go to States
, then Colorado
.

Select E-file
then Additional information
.

In the Signature Option section, select I have read and agree with the certification per details on Form 8454 (Mandatory to print)
.

In the States
folder, select State E-file
then Enable/Create Returns
.

In the Colorado row, select the E-file
box in Column C.

Do a full re-compute and refresh print.

If it still isn't printing, make sure the form isn't suppressed going to

States
Colorado
Return Options

. Note this suppression option is not available in all tax years.
