Form DR-405 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form DR-405, Florida Tangible Return:

Go to Organizer
and select States
, then Florida
.

Select Florida Tangible Return
.

Select the name or add a new Tangible Return.

On the General Information
tab, enter Corporate Name - DBA (Mandatory)
.

Do a full recompute.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed in

Organizer
States
Common State
Print Options
Print Suppression

. Go to the appropriate Suppression tab and make sure there aren't checkboxes selected for your state that could suppress the form.
