Go to Organizer
, select the Shareholder Information
folder, and select Shareholder data

Select Shareholder Information
, select Shareholder name
, and enter the shareholder number (Mandatory)
.

Enter the Name
, Address Information
, and select the State of residency
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
