Schedule 8-D print requirements

To print, calculate, Indiana Schedule 8-D, Schedule of Indiana Affiliated Group Members:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , select the
    States
     folder, then
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    .
  2. In
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    , go to the
    Indiana
     line.
  3. Make sure that
    Column E
     is selected as
    Top consolidation
    or
    Sub consolidation
     is selected.
  4. Do a Full recompute and print the return.
note
This schedule won't print under all forms. You have to print under
Print Preview

Select - Sch 8-D
 and create PDF.
