Form 001-FY print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 001-FY, Johnson County Annual Occupational Tax Return:

Go to

Organizer
States
State and City Activation

.

Select State and City Activation
, then go to the States
tab. In the Kentucky
row, mark the checkbox in Column B.

Go to the Cities
tab. In the Paintsville
row, mark the checkbox in Column B
.

Select Kentucky Common Form Cities
. Go to the Activate/Delete
section and mark the Activate Kentucky Common Form Cities
checkbox.

Go to the Single city Selection
section. Select Paintsville
from the dropdown.

Do a full recompute and generate the print.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:

Go to

Common State
Print Options

.

Select Print Suppression
, then go to the Suppression KY Cities
tab. In the row for the location, clear the State Forms
checkbox.

Go to the Cities, [County], KY
folder.

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression
section. Clear the City forms
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
