Form 228 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 228, Net Profits License Free Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Lexington
     row, clear the checkbox in the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Go to the
    Cities, Lexington, KY
     folder.
  4. Select
    Return Options
    , then go to the
    Print Suppression
     section. Clear the
    City forms
     checkbox.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
