To print, calculate, or suppress Form I-1, Occupational License Fee Return on Net Profit:

Go to

Organizer
States
State and City Activation

Select State and City Activation
, then go to the States
tab. In the Kentucky
row, mark the Column B checkbox.

Go to the Cities
tab. Mark Nelson County
.

Select Kentucky Common Form Cities
, then go to the Activate/Delete
section. Mark the Activate Kentucky Common Form Cities
checkbox.

Go to the Single city Selection
section. Select Nelson County
from the dropdown
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
