Form OL-3D print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form OL-3D, Quarterly Net Deposit Form:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Estimates and Extensions
    .
  2. Select
    Estimate Options
    , then go to the
    Estimate Options
     tab. Go to the
    Compute and Print Options
     section, then the
    Only print vouchers for specific quarters
     subsection. Mark the correct checkbox.
  3. Go to
    Cities
    Louisville, KY
    .
  4. Select
    Overpayment and Estimate Options
    , then the
    Estimated Tax
     tab.
  5. Go to the
    Compute and Print Options
     section. Clear the
    Suppress print if no payments are due after applying overpayment
     checkbox.
  6. Go to the
    Payments on Next Year's Estimated Tax
     section. Enter the amounts for the quarters.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    Common State, Print Options
     folder.
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Louisville
     row, clear the checkbox for
    State Forms and Est Tax
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
