Net Profit License Fee Return print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Net Profit License Fee Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    State and City Activation
    .
  2. Select
    State and City Activation
    , then go to the
    States
     tab. In the
    Kentucky
     row, mark the
    Column B
     checkbox.
  3. Go to the
    Cities
     tab. In the row for the location, mark the
    Column B
     checkbox.
  4. Select
    Kentucky Common Form Cities
    , then go to the
    Activate/Delete
     section. Mark the
    Activate Kentucky Common Form Cities
     checkbox.
  5. Go to the
    Single city Selection
     section and select the location from the dropdown.
  6. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    Common State, Print Options
     folder.
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the row for the location, clear the checkbox for the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Go to the
    Cities, [County], KY
     folder.
  4. Select
    Return Options
    , then go to the
    Print Suppression
     section. Clear the
    City forms
     checkbox.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
