Form 355-7004
To print Form 355-7004, Massachusetts Corporate Extension Payment Worksheet and Voucher:
- Go to theOrganizer,States,Common Statefolder.
- Then go toEstimates and Extensions, then theEstimates and Extensionsfolder.
- On theExtensiontab findMassachusettsand in columnB On Extension, mark the checkbox.
- Go to theTax Forms,States,Massachusetts, then theSelected Optionsfolder.
- InMassachusetts Return Type, make sure theFinancial Institutioncheckbox is cleared.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form still isn't printing, make sure it's not suppressed:
- Go toOrganizer,States, then theCommon Statefolder.
- Go toPrint Options, then thePrint Suppressionfolder.
- On theSuppression MD-RItab, make sure theExtcheckbox is cleared forMassachusetts.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
