To print the Michigan Cities form CF-7004, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File Certain Returns:

Go to Organizer
, States
, Common State
, Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression SC-Cities
tab, make sure the State Forms
and Ext
checkboxes are cleared for the Michigan Cities
row.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn’t printing, check that it isn’t suppressed:

Go to Organizer
, Cities
, Michigan Common Form Cities, MI
, [city name]
, then Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression
section, make sure the City forms
and Extension
checkboxes are cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure there is an amount due on the form:

Go to Tax Forms

, then CF-1120
.

On the CF-1120, Page 1
tab, make sure there is an amount on line 15, Balance Due
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
