To calculate and print Form 1120-SN, Schedule I, Nebraska Apportionment for Multistate Business, the return must be an S Corporation.

Form 1120-SN, Schedule I, won't print if apportionment is 100%.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression MD-RI
tab, make sure Nebraska
is cleared in the State Forms
column.

Do a full recompute, then print.
