Form 316 print requirements

To print form 316, New Jersey Corporation Business Tax Business Retention and Relocation Tax Credit:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    New Jersey
    , and open the
    Calendar Year Return
     folder.
  2. Expand the
    Credits
     folder and select
    Form 316
    .
  3. In
    Part I
    , ensure questions 1 through 4 are answered
    YES
    .
  4. Ensure the value is greater than 0 on
    Page 1, Part III, Line 11
    .
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    States
    New Jersey
    , and select
    Return Options
    .
  2. In the Print Suppression section, make sure the checkbox for
    Form 316
     is cleared.
