Go to

Tax Forms

, and open the Calendar Year Return
folder.

Expand the Credits
folder and select Form 325
.

In Part I
, ensure the value is greater than 0 on Page 1, Part II, Line
4
.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

Go to

Organizer
States
New Jersey

, and select Return Options
.

In the Print Suppression section, make sure the checkbox for Form 325
is cleared.
