Form S-Corp-ES print requirements

To print Form S-Corp-ES, New Mexico Sub-Chapter S Corporate Income and Franchise Tax Estimated Tax Payment Voucher:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    New Mexico
    , then
    NM-S-ES - Estimated Vouchers
    .
  2. On any of the
    NM-S-ES Voucher
     tabs there needs to be an amount on the
    AMOUNT ENCLOSED
     line.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return information
    .
  4. On the
    Entity Information
     tab, in the
    Return/Entity Type
     section, the
    Return type
     needs to be
    1120S – S Corporation
    .
  5. Do a full compute, then print.
If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Common State
    , then the
    Print Options
     folder.
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
     and go to the
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab.
  3. Make sure the
    Est Tax
     checkbox is cleared on the
    New Mexico
     line.
  4. Do a full compute, then print.
