Composite Schedule KS print requirements
The composite return for shareholders is part of North Dakota S Corp Form 60, Page 5, Schedule KS. To include a North Dakota nonresident shareholder in composite filing:
- Go toOrganizerand selectStatesthenNorth Dakota.
- SelectShareholder Informationthen the nonresident shareholder's name,
- Select a qualifyingShareholder type.
- SelectFull-year nonresident of North Dakotaas theResidency status.
- In theNonresident Shareholders Onlysection, selectShareholder is included in a composite return.
- Do a full recompute and print the return.
