    .
  2. Ensure the
    Activate Ohio Electing Pass-Through Entity Return (IT 4738)
     checkbox is cleared.
  3. Then select the
    Activate Ohio Pass-Through Entity Composite Income Tax Return (IT4780)
     checkbox.
