Form OR-OC print requirements

To calculate and print the Oregon composite Form OR-OC the shareholder must be a nonresident, and the composite return must be elected.

To activate Form OR-OC:

Go to Organizer
and select States
, then Oregon
.

Select

Composite Return
General Information

.

Select the Activate Oregon Composite Return
checkbox.

In the Composite Return
folder, select Nonresident Shareholder
.

For each nonresident shareholder, select the Type of Owner (Mandatory)
to determine if Form OR-OC-1 or OR-OC-2 will calculate.

If necessary, enter override information in the yellow pages by going to

Tax Forms
States
Oregon
OR-OC - Oregon Composite Return
OR-OC-1 - Indiv. and Fiduciary

or OR-OC-2 - C Corporation Owners
and select the link for Electing nonresident owner info
in line 1 of the form.

If you want to file the OR-OC-TR, Payment Transfer Request instead, select the
Nonresident shareholder not included in composite filing
checkbox.
