Form 05-167 print requirements

To calculate and print Form 05-167 Tax Ownership Information Report:

Clear all severe diagnostics.

In Organizer, select State Franchise Tax
, then Texas Franchise
.

Select General Information
, then the General Information
tab.

Select No
for Corporation, LLC, professional association, Limited Partnership or Financial Institution
.

Enter dates for both the Accounting year begin date
and Accounting year end
.

In the General Information
section, clear the option This entity does not have NEXUS in Texas
.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Return Information
tab, then for Texas Franchise, clear the Final Return
option.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print options
then Print Suppression
and make sure the State Forms
column is clear for Texas
.

In Organizer
, select State Franchise Tax
then Texas Franchise
.

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression section and clear the Form 05-167 checkbox.
