and enter the data.

Data for Average number of research and development positions
is required.

Data for Average salary of research and development positions
is required.

Complete this at the Top con.

In Organizer, select State Franchise Tax
, then Texas Franchise

Select General Information
, then the General
Information
tab.

In the No Tax Due Report
section, the option Annualized Total Revenue Is Below The No Tax Due Threshold
needs to be Blank
.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
and make sure the State Forms
column is clear for Texas
.
