Schedule SP (S Corp) print requirements

To print the West Virginia Schedule SP, Summary of K-1 Shareholders/Partners Ownership and Computation of Withholding:

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Select the Suppression
tab, then SC-Cities
.

On the State Forms
column, make sure the checkbox is clear for West Virginia
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if the shareholder's name is on the form:

Select Tax Forms
, then States
, then West Virginia
.

Select ScheduleSP
, then Schedule SP
again.

Check that the A
column, Shareholder Partner Name
has a name.

Do a full recompute, then print.
