Form 1120, Schedule O print requirements
To print Form 1120, Schedule O, Consent Plan and Apportionment for a Controlled Group:
- Go to theOrganizer, then theTaxesfolder.
- SelectConsent Plan and Apportionment Sch, thenConsent Plan and Apportionment Sch.
- In theOptionsection, selectTaxpayer is a member of a controlled group (see Section 1561 and 1563)(Mandatory).
- Go to theGroup Member Informationfolder, also in theConsent Plan and Apportionment Sch.
- Make sure there is at least 1 group member with information added.
Schedule O populates but doesn't appear in the print output
Schedule O populates in the return but doesn't appear in the print output for Federal 1120 forms.
- Go to and markTaxpayer is a member of a controlled group (see Section 1561 and 1563) (Mandatory).
- Scroll and enterXin thePrint and efile Schedule Ofield.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
