Alert Message Management

Alerts Management
 allows you to create and manage important notifications related to tax screens or IRS updates. These alerts ensure you have
real-time information
 at your fingertips, helping you stay informed and take timely action.
Alert Management
The
Alert Management
 screen has a new layout, but the core functionality remains the same.
  • Create Button Placement
     The most noticeable change is the location of the
    Create
     button. It has moved from the bottom of the screen to the
    top corner
     for easier access.
  • Date Filtering
     Filtering by
    Start Date
     and
    End Date
     works exactly as before. The
    Search
     button is still located on the right side of the screen.
  • Filter Options
     The checkboxes for filtering
    Deleted Entries
     and
    Active-Only Alerts
     remain unchanged.
Alert grid
The Alert grid has been redesigned, but the column structure remains the same with a few key changes:
  • Default Ordering
     The default column order is different from the previous layout.
  • New Column
     A new column has been added to indicate
    deleted alerts
    .
  • Edit Button Location
     The
    Edit
     button is now positioned on the far side of the grid.
  • Custom Column Arrangement
     You can easily change the column order by dragging and dropping columns to your preferred location.
Column filter and sort
The new screen introduces enhanced filtering and sorting options for each column:
  • Filter and Sort by Column
     Select the
    funnel icon
     in any column header to open a
    filter pop-up
     (see example below).
  • Quick Access to Relevant Alerts
     This feature allows you to
    filter and sort data instantly
    , making it easier to locate the alerts that matter most.
Edit alerts
Editing
an alert also has some minor updates. The buttons are on the top of the screen, and the dates, priority, and checkboxes are below the text window.
