You get this error when the Third-party designee
is incomplete on Form 1040 Schedule 6.

If 'ThirdPartyDesigneeInd' in the return has a choice of 'Yes' indicated, then Third Party Designee Phone Number must have a value.

, then Paid Preparer Information
.

Correct any fields in the Third-Party Designee
section.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
