  • Letters (A-Z, a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Spaces
  • Hyphens (-)
  • Forward slashes (/)
Special characters such as commas (,), periods (.), pound signs (#), and other symbols aren't permitted and cause the validation to fail.

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    Partner Name
    Partner Information
    Partner Information tab
    Line Name
    .
  2. Remove all special characters from the address field, including commas, periods, and pound signs.
  3. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
