Federal 1065 MeF: General Partner Date Signed must have a value. Organizer General Information Return Information Signing General Partner or LLC Member Manager enter the General Partner or LLC Member Signature Date.
This happens when fields are incomplete for signing partner or LLC.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return information
    .
  2. Select the
    Return Information
     tab.
  3. In the
    Signing Partner or LLC Member
     section, complete all fields, including
    First name
    ,
    Last name
    ,
    Title
    , and
    Date
    .
  4. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
