Error: The field ‘ZIPCd’ with value '1234', data format is not correct.

You get this error when a domestic partner's ZIP Code doesn’t contain the required number of digits.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    Columnar Partner Entry
    Name and Address
    .
  2. For each partner with a domestic address, enter a five-digit ZIP Code in the
    Zip Code
    column. You can optionally enter an additional 4 or 7 digits.
  3. For a foreign partner, remove the entry from the
    State
    column.
