Go to the
Attach Schedule K-3 to Schedule K-1 (Override)
section.
In the
Partner (Override)
column, select
Not Attached
.
If you're using Direct K-1 Import, fix the import file and reimport it to the locator.
If there are no partners under Schedule K-1, go to
Tax Forms

Direct K-1 Import
DK-1 Partner Review
DK-1 to Partner Information
.
Add partners so they generate Schedule K-1s. Then complete the preceding steps.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
