E-file diagnostic: Person contact first and last name and telephone number must be present
According to AL business rules, person contact first and last name and telephone number must be present. Go to Organizer States Common State General Information Books and Records Contact person tab.
This happens when contact information is missing.
Solution
- SelectOrganizer,States, thenCommon State.
- SelectGeneral InformationthenBooks and Records.
- Enter the first name, last name, and phone number in the Alabama PPT row.
- Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
