Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Alabama
    Signature Authorization
    .
  2. Go to the
    AL8453-PTE
     tab, then the
    Signature Authorization - Form AL8453-PTE
     section.
  3. Mark the
    I have read and agree with the certification per details on Form 8453-PTE
     checkbox.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
