This error occurs when total K-1 Line I, Column 1 amounts don't match combined Schedule K apportioned Net Rental Real Estate Income (Loss) amounts.

- If you're using an aggregation file, review the aggregation file. Make sure the total from the K-1s matches the total on Schedule K.
- Verify the total of all K-1s, Line I, Column 1, Net Rental Real Estate Income (Loss), equals Schedule K, Line 2 Apportioned Amount plus Schedule K, Line 3c Apportioned Amount.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
