Error: Field ‘PartnerAddress’ is unexpected
This validation error occurs during Colorado Form 106K e-filing when a partner's Social Security number or EIN is set to “Applied For” instead of an actual identification number.

Solution
- Go to .
- Select thePartner Informationtab and go to theSSN \ EINsection.
- Change the selection fromApplied FortoSSN \ EIN (Default).
- Enter the SSN for individual partners, or the EIN for entity partners.
- Run a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
note
If the partner is a foreign partner without a SSN or TIN, enter
000-00-0000
for individual foreign partners or 00-0000000
for entity foreign partners.
