000060 e-file error
This error occurs when Florida Form F-1065 lists partners with a Social Security number instead of a required FEIN in Parts II-IV, as they have to file Form F-1120.

000060: Florida is expecting form F-1120 to be filed for partners that are included on F-1065 Part II-IV. Partners with SSN instead of a valid FEIN will not be accepted.
Solution 1: Update the K-1 aggregation file
- Go to .
- Review partners populated through the K-1 Aggregation attachment.
- Review the attachment for partners listed in Part II-IV with Social Security number entries. Part II-IV is for corporation partners only and requires FEIN, not Social Security number.
- Update the aggregation file to remove partners with Social Security number or replace with valid FEIN.
- Reattach the file.
Solution 2: Correct EIN formatting errors

- Florida requires the FEIN format (XX-XXXXXXX).
- Partners with Social Security number format (XXX-XX-XXXX) can't be included in Part II-IV.
- If the format can't be changed, the return won't qualify for e-file.
