  2. In the
    Number of individual partners, members, or shareholders included in this return
     field, enter the correct number of PTETCR forms in the return.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Kentucky
    Return Options
    .
  4. In the
    Print suppression
     section, clear
    Form PTET-CR
    .
  5. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Kentucky
    Pass Through Entity Options
    GENERAL INFORMATION
     section.
  6. Mark
    Enable Pass-Through Entity Tax
    .
  7. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
