This error occurs when the number of PTE Schedules K-1 in Box H on Form PTE doesn't match the Kentucky Schedules K-1 issued to owners.

FPTE-0009: Form PTE, Box H, Number of PTE Schedules K-1 Issued should agree with the number of Kentucky Schedules K-1 issued to owners

Verify that Form PTE, Box H matches the number of Kentucky Schedules K-1 issued to owners.

Delete the existing aggregation file.

Modify the source file to include the entity type tags for each partner's K-1.

Re-upload the aggregation file.
