Error: The field 'State' with value, data format is not correct

This validation error occurs when filing Maryland Form 510 because the State field contains an invalid value instead of a valid two-letter state abbreviation.

  5. Select the appropriate state.
  6. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
