Find partners with these owner types and the
Nonresident
checkbox marked:
C Corporation
Foreign C Corporation
S Corporation
Partnership
Publicly Traded
Tax Exempt.
Go to
Organizer
States
Montana
Shareholder Information
[NAME]
.
Update the
PTE Shareholder Entity Type
to the correct value or clear the
Nonresident
checkbox.
If you use an Aggregation File, remove the nonresident identifier for the affected partners.
Reattach the file at
Organizer
States
Montana
E-file
Attachments
K-1 Aggregation/Summary

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
