43559 e-file error
This happens when a partner name on Schedule NJK-1 doesn't match exactly what is in the Partners Directory. This includes special characters and capitalization.

Solution 1: Using Direct K-1s

- ClearSuppress system generated schedule K-1sand verify the names on Schedule NJK-1 and the Partners Directory are all the same.
Solution 2: Attaching forms as a K-1 aggregation
Review the XML files attached, make any corrections, and reattach the corrected files before resubmitting.
Solution 3: Using the Partners Directory and K-1s generated in the return
Verify that there are no overrides for partner name on either form. Also make sure that the K-1s are not suppressed in tab.
