NCD403-1340 e-file error

This happens when North Carolina Form D-403, Page 2, Part 4, Line 17 doesn't equal the total of lines 13-16.

[D-403] If Part 4 Section B is present, Part 4 Line 17 must be equal to the sum of Part 4 Lines 13, 14, 15, and 16. (NCD403-1340)

In the Tax Forms, select States
then North Carolina
.

Go to Form D-403, then D-403, Page 2.

In Part 4, select Partner Information
.

For all partners, make sure that line 17 equals the total of lines 13-16. If there is no amount, enter

NONE

.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
