ReturnState/ReturnDataState/FormNCD403/Header/TaxedPartnershipElection Error Message [D-403NCK1] If Part C is present, the election to be a Taxed Partnership on D-403 must be "Yes".

Solution 1: Remove NONE values from Schedule NC K-1

Remove the NONE for each partner to eliminate Schedule NC K-1 e-file elements reporting "0".
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

Solution 2: Correct the aggregation file

Open the aggregation file and remove the 0 values from Part C:
<PartC><TaxDue>0</TaxDue><NetTaxDue>0</NetTaxDue></PartC>

Re-upload the corrected file.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
