OH-IT1140-028 e-file error

OH-IT1140-028: Taxpayer has not verified the NetPayments to only include UPCs, Prior Year Credit Carryforward or Electronic payments submitted by taxpayer. Please correct and retransmit. VerifiedNetPayments must be true when NetPayments > zero
This happens when you haven’t verified the Pass-Through Entity Tax Net Payment.

Solution

  1. In
    Organizer
    , select the
    States
    Ohio
    E-file
     folder.
  2. Go to the
    E-file Only Options for IT-1140
     section.
  3. Mark the
    Have net payments been verified to only include prior year overpayments, UPCs or Electronic payments submitted by filer?
     line.
  4. Run a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
