This happens when payment information is included in the return and shouldn't be.
Error message
Extension Payment Information: There has been payment information entered for the Texas Extension, but the box to authorize the payment was not selected. Please review this through Organizer \ States \ Common State \ General Information \ Bank Information.
Solution
- Go toOrganizer,States,Common State,General Information, and thenBank Information.
- In theDirect Debittab, review theTexas 2nd Extensionrow.
- SelectNonefor tax payment method.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
