Solution

  1. In
    Organizer
    States
    Wisconsin
    Allocation and Apportionment
    Allocation and Apportionment tab
    Computer Options section
    .
  2. Select
    A-01
     from the dropdown.
  3. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Wisconsin
    Apportionment
    A-01, Page1
    .
  4. Make sure there's an amount in
    line 11
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
